Get an Initial Assessment plus 3 Follow-up Appointments and save money! Choose a date and time for the 1-hour Initial Assessment. After that, the dietitian will get you scheduled for half hour follow-up appts. (If not paying by credit card, select "Pay Offline" at checkout. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received.)
