Personal Nutrition Counseling- Follow-up

Service Description

After the Initial Assessment, nutrition counseling appointments will focus on personal goals and customized strategies to meet those goals. You may be asked to keep a food diary 3 days per week to review at the appointment. Appointments take place online; you will receive a invitation to meet on a HIPAA-compliant platform. (Price includes credit card fee. If not paying by credit card, the cost is $60. Select "Pay Offline" at checkout.)
